Paul J. Svec, CEO. Founder

With 45 years of telecommunication industry experience, Paul has first-hand knowledge of the full range of sales, management, and executive roles, giving him a unique “big picture” view of the industry and the solutions available to clients. He has managed both direct and distribution business units for large nation-wide and global corporations such as NEC America and ROLM Corporation, where he not only focused on the specific needs of unique geographical areas, but also addressed the changing demands of a growing industry. Honing his own entrepreneurial skills with AON Networks, an MPLS network management firm, he also helmed the successful telecom company PhoneMaster Communications in the Los Angeles area.

Paul has been interviewed by major news outlets including CBS, Fox, NBC, and ABC, for his broad and deep expertise and ability to put complex telecommunication concepts into understandable terms for viewers and readers. Recently having published his first book, Make your Small Business Communications Ecosystem Thrive, Paul is responsible for the day to day executive management of Team One Solutions, ensuring its continued emphasis on providing the best telecommunications services for a diverse range of clients across Northern California.

Jeffrey S. Bell, VP Sales and Marketing 

Bringing over 25 years of telecom business experience to Team One Solutions, Jeff broke onto the Bay Area voice and data scene by founding his highly-successful firm Digital Business Systems, eventually selling it to the large national company Expanets, then the largest interconnect company in the United States.  He then became their Northern California VP and General Manager, addressing the specific needs of clients throughout the territory.

With his years of experience, positive attitude, and dedication to finding the most fitting solution to address his clients’ needs, Jeff has maintained many valuable customer, vendor, and partner relationships that have enabled Team One Solutions to quickly establish a reputation for quality service and attention to detail.  Jeff’s relationships have helped to kick-start our growth and to form the basis of our current and future successes.

Jeff drives our sales and business development departments, focusing on establishing strong relationships between clients, vendors, and other industry professionals, staying abreast of the latest technological developments, which can help our clients, move forward with their goals. His aim is to make sure that every client has their current needs met while also planning for future expansion and growth, developing strategic time-lines and expandable solutions for clients of all sizes.

Brandon J. Svec, VP Engineering

With over 25 years of voice and data technical experience, Brandon has established himself with a nationwide reputation for his expertise and deep understanding of a wide range of telephony and networking systems. He has amassed over thirty technical certifications on a broad range of products from market leaders Cisco, NEC, Nortel, Polycom, ShoreTel, Zultys, and several others.

While working at Expanets, previously the largest interconnect company in the United States, he was promoted from Field Technician to Service Manager, then to Engineering Manager for their Northern California region. Brandon has hands-on experience with both the physical devices that power modern voice networking as well as a deep understanding of the needs and goals of corporate management. He has the unique ability to speak to business owners and technical experts alike, addressing their specific concerns and questions.

Brandon is responsible for all voice and data system pre-sale engineering and design at Team One Solutions. He develops solutions to solve the changing needs of Northern California businesses, with an eye to the future and the advancing face of communication technology. While managing post-sale engineering support and professional services, Brandon takes great personal pride in ensuring that our clients are well taken care of as they grow and expand; he is their trusted advisor when it comes to the scope, scale, and needs of their network.
